About the Recipe

Kombucha is a powerhouse for your immune, digestive systems. It may also help prevent diseases like diabetes and cancer.

Ingredients

Tea: 5 tea bags (or 6 teaspoons lose tea leaves)

Water: 2L

Sugar: 2/3 cup

Kombucha pack: 1 pack

Spices: Cinnamon stick, 4 teaspoons ginger powder

Preparation

Step 1


Add tea, spices and sugar into mixing jug, fill with boiling water


Step 2


Let mixture cool till warm to touch


Step 3


Add kombucha pack.


Step 4


Place in machine and allow fermentation process to start
