Water: 2L
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Kombucha pack: 1 pack
Goji berries: 1/3 cup

Step 1
Add tea, goji berries and sugar into mixing jug, fill with boiling water
Step 2
Add to fermenter and let mixture cool till warm to touch.
Step 3
Add kombucha pack.

Place in machine and allow fermentation process to start
