Water: 900mL (No water if using UHT milk)
Kefir: 1 pack
Sugar: 1/3 cup (optional)
Fruit: 3 mangos
Program: Yoghurt
Preparation
Step 1
Add milk powder and sugar into mixing jug, fill with cool boiled water or filtered water
Step 2
Add kefir starter pack
Step 3
Place in machine and allow fermentation process to start (yoghurt)
Step 4
Add fruits and honey to enhance taste
